Deaf Outreach Development

Deaf Outreach Development will provide training to Deaf participants from any country. Training is offered in both practical vocational skills, as well as leadership skills.

Training Areas
• Business and Community Development. Key information and skills related to planning, budgeting, organizing, managing, evaluating programs and projects.
• The value and methodology for setting up Deaf Associations.
• How to Translate written materials, books, manuals, articles and other written resources into sign language(s) as well as how to set up and operate aVideo Studio and DVD Production.
• How to setup studios, Edit Video and Produce DVDs, since all translation of written materials work will require producing DVDs with the material in sign language.
• Optional training, based on the interest of the participants, will be available in Fish Management, Organic Farming, Rabbit Production, Security/Guard Dog Kennels, and Jewelry Assembly.

GOAL
• Our goal is to equip and empower more Deaf people to be productive, contributing, and upstanding citizens and members of society, contributing in positive ways to their own personal growth, their family, their Deaf community, and their country
