In order to support and build their Deaf communities, Deaf people recognize the need to unite and work together toward common goals.

Training will be given in:

• Purpose and goals of a Deaf Association
• How to develop by-laws and other organizational documents
• How to structure leadership
• How to develop funding sources
• How to develop training opportunities for local Deaf
• How to develop and distribute DVDs, thumb drives and web-based training and tools
