The Deaf Opportunity Development organization is located on 10 acres of land located near a major city in East Africa.

• Three and one-half acres are devoted to dormitory, kitchen/dining facilities, multi-purpose room, training rooms, video and editing studios and staff housing.
• About two acres are devoted to recreational facilities for football (soccer), volleyball, and basketball. Some in-door sports are available.
• The remaining five acres are devoted to organic farming, fishery, rabbit hutches and dog kennels.
